Products
Below are some common questions about our products
What makes Openwater different from other luggage brands?
Openwater is built on an integrated engineering platform — not off-the-shelf components. Designed and engineered by us from the ground up, our suitcases unite precision wheels, structural reinforcement, and modular interiors into one complete performance platform.
What materials are used in your suitcases?
Our hard-shell models are made from high-performance polycarbonate, selected for impact resistance, flexibility, and long-term durability. Materials are carefully specified for strength-to-weight optimization.
Are the wheels replaceable?
Yes. Our wheels are engineered for durability and serviceability. If needed, they can be replaced — extending the product’s lifecycle instead of replacing the entire suitcase.
What is the Flow™ interior system?
Our modular interior allows organization to adapt to your travel style. Depending on model, interiors can be reconfigured or exchanged — extending the usability of a single case across different travel needs.
How long is the warranty?
All Openwater suitcases come with a 5-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. We build for the long run — and if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
