Every Openwater product is designed to accompany you on countless journeys — and we proudly support that promise with a 5-year Limited Warranty. It reflects our commitment to quality, durability, and long-term performance.
Your product is protected against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use throughout the entire warranty period. Should such an issue arise, we will take responsibility — whether through repair, replacement with the same or an equivalent model, or another appropriate solution.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, accidents, normal wear and tear, or damage caused during airline or airport handling. In the event of transit damage, this must be reported directly to the airline or handling agent immediately upon arrival at the airport, before leaving the terminal, in accordance with airline procedures.

Energy-Safe™
Energy-Safe™ is Open Water’s reinforced double-coil zipper, engineered to provide increased resistance against penetration and forced entry. By using two tightly interlocked coils instead of a standard single-coil construction, the zipper creates a denser, more secure barrier along the entire closure.
This double-coil structure makes it significantly harder to separate the zipper teeth under pressure, improving both security and long-term durability in real travel conditions. The result is a closure system that feels solid, controlled, and dependable—without compromising smooth operation.
Energy-STOP™
Energy-Stop™ is Open Water’s integrated wheel-lock solution, developed to provide stability when you need it most. With a simple, intuitive mechanism, the system locks the wheels in place to prevent unwanted movement on slopes, uneven surfaces, or during stationary moments.
Unlike temporary or external solutions, Energy-Stop™ is built directly into the mobility architecture of the case. The result is secure positioning without compromising rolling performance, durability, or clean design.
