You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with EU consumer law.

Return conditions

Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us before sending the item back.

Return shipping & fees

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If you use our return label, a €10 return handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
The refund amount will correspond to the product value, minus the €10 return fee if applicable. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
