Delivery & Shipping Policy

We ship from our European warehouse using DHL GoGreen services. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

At checkout, you can choose between Free Standard Shipping, with delivery in 3–5 business days, or Express Shipping, with delivery in approximately 2 business days, depending on your location.

All shipments include tracking, allowing you to follow your order from dispatch to delivery. Shipping costs and delivery options are displayed at checkout before payment.

Shipping carriers
All orders are shipped via DHL.

Shipping options & costs:

  • Standard Delivery (to pick-up point) — Free for all orders over €150.

  • Express Delivery (home delivery) — Available for an additional €20.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary for destinations outside standard zones.

Tracking your order
Every shipment includes a tracking number that will be sent to you by email or SMS once your order has been dispatched. You can use this tracking number to follow your package from our warehouse to delivery. 

Delivery times
Estimated delivery times depend on your location and shipping method selected at checkout. Delivery timeframes shown during checkout are estimates and may be affected by carrier operations, customs, or other factors outside our control.
